Crossmans Bait and Tackle

Crossmans Bait and Tackle

Description

Crossmans Bait and Tackle owner John Crossman, along with his brother, Jeff, and father, John “Pops”, who runs the store during the week are a 3rd generation fishing family. They have ties from the Outer Banks of North Carolina all the way to Fort Pierce, Florida. When John caught a 686 pound Tiger shark off Jennette's Fishing Pier in Nags Head, N.C. at the age of 13, his grandfather was quoted by a newspaper as saying “Well, it looks like the 3rd generation is taking over”, John says. “We've been fishing Northeast Florida and surrounding areas since 1972 and have an extensive knowledge of fishing techniques and the many different baits used for successful angling action in this area.” We are ready to answer your questions, and if we don't have the bait or tackle you need, we can get it within a day or two. We carry fresh and frozen baits, as well as live bait. We also carry a good array of saltwater fishing tackle, shirts and hats for your fishing needs.
